Mystic Inspiration provides an assurance on behalf of the Seller that each piece of art which we offer for sale on the site is a genuine work of the artist listed. All the works of art are sourced in conjuction with our Partner Galleries and the artists themselves. The artworks are further screened and authenticated by affiliated experts. However, in the unlikely event that any item which you purchase from Mystic Inspiration is, within six months from the sale, proven to the reasonable satisfaction of Mystic Inspiration to be inauthentic or its description as set out in the catalogue, or otherwise, is inaccurate, Mystic Inspiration will refund the full purchase price and shipping costs paid by you, once you return the artwork purchased, to Mystic Inspiration. These cases will be handled on a case by case basis and requires examinable proof clearly demonstrating that the item is inauthentic as provided by an established and acknowledged authority.

This guarantee holds for six months after the purchase of the original artwork from Mystic Inspiration, if:

1. Only the actual buyer (as registered with Mystic Inspiration) makes the claim
   (The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any subsequent owners or others
   who may acquire or have an interest in the original artwork) 
   
   
2. The item is returned in the same condition that it was in, at the time of purchase.
   
   
3. The item was indisputably purchased from us; and 
   
   
4. At the time of publishing of the catalogue, there was technique available, and it
   was not unreasonable or impractical to use such technique, which could have
   helped Mystic Inspiration determine that the Property was authentic.
